Pinewood Derby Recap - What a Great Event!
What an incredible event! The Pinewood Derby continues to be the true "Super Bowl" of scouting - full of energy, creativity, and great scout spirit.
A huge thank you to all of our leaders, parishioners and parents who put in the time and effort to make this event happen - both at the church and at home. It takes a lot behind the scenes, and it truly shows. One of the best parts is seeing the scouts so engaged and excited, taking pride in their cars and the thrill of race day.

Pack Meeting: Take it Apart Night! + Pinewood Awards Recap
April 10th, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Join us for an evening of hands-on exploration and discovery at our Take it Apart Night! We'll take things apart, figure out how they work, and then put them back together in interesting and creative ways. Bring along any old toys, small appliances, or electronics you no longer need, and let's dive into the world of engineering.
Scouts will get a special Scavenger List — each item you find earns points, and the more you find, the higher your score! It's not just about grabbing random items — it's about finding the right ones. You can work solo or in a group. Check off each item you find, and if you can explain how it works to a leader or adult, you'll earn bonus points! Be sure to check the list here (link) to see the list.

Have any cool stuff lying around that you want to get rid of? We need things to take apart! Toasters, mixers, blenders, phones, radios, typewriters, computers, media players, kitchen faucets, speakers… Items don't have to be operable, but please, no CRTs, toxic materials, or anything too greasy or oily (no gas engines) .
What to bring:
Safety glasses
Screwdriver
Pliers
Any other tools you can think of but PLEASE leave the hammers at home
Use masking tape to label your tools with your name or initials

Camp Carpenter Sleep Away Camp
July 12th to July 16th
Get ready for summertime adventures – Camp Carpenter! Nestled on the outskirts of Manchester, New Hampshire, Camp Carpenter offers a 250-acre wooded escape, serving as the Daniel Webster Council's Cub Scout Summer Camp and the home of Granite Base Camp.
