Set Your Reminders Spring Overnight: Adventure at Old Sturbridge Village March 29-30th at 5:30PM

We are excited to invite you to our annual spring time overnight event: Adventure at Old Sturbridge Village

Night in the Museum is an exciting overnight adventure designed specifically for scouts. Armed with just a map and a tattered journal, young scout historians will journey back in time to the 1830s for a mysterious, candlelit quest. Along the way, they'll sharpen their detective skills by hunting for clues, conducting experiments, and uncovering secrets of the past. The adventure continues in our hands-on learning laboratory, where scouts will explore historic crafts and gain insight into 19th-century life.

This event is limited to 80 participants(youth and adults) so priority will be given to scouts first. Registration is first come, first served, and spots are only secured with payment.

Sign up Link -->  we will have this ready soon, more detail at the pack meeting ←  Deadline for sign up will be January 31st

Date: Sat 3/29 at 5pm to Sunday 3/30

Location: 48 Stallion Hill Rd, Fiskdale, MA 01518

Website: https://www.osv.org/event/night-in-the-museum-youth-overnight-program/

Parent / Guardian required - Yes (unless we go over the 80 head count)

Siblings invited - Yes

Cost: approximately $75 for youth, $60 for adults. The program fee covers an interactive Village tour with hearth cooking and a craft, an evening snack, breakfast, daytime admission to the Village on the program day and the following day, and a special OSV patch.  This price may slightly decrease based on the success of our candy sales and pack fundraising efforts, which will be discussed in detail at our December Meeting. Stay tuned for further updates!

More details regarding payment will be provided as the event date approaches. Stay tuned for additional information in upcoming newsletters.

Final Registration and Pack Dues for the 2024/2025 Year!

This is a final reminder that all pack registration and dues need to be completed. Our pack leadership has initiated the renewal process, referred to as "rechartering" by the BSA. We will be carefully reviewing den rosters for accurate names, payment, and registration over the next 30 days.
